We have a very simple story...we started this venture with a parent

wanting to provide a safe option for his children playing on carpet all day, and a student completing a Masters thesis on alternatives to perchloroethylene (the main chemical used in carpet cleaning) wanting to put these learnings into practice.  The result...Lily's Correct Carpet Cleaning...or our larger name, Lily's Home Services. 

At Lily's we are committed not just to providing a safe alternative for people, their pets, and the environment, but to providing performance equal to or surpassing standard carpet cleaning processes, at a lower cost.  We use good old hot water, non toxic cleaners and elbow grease...yes scrubbing where necessary!  And as we don't have the cost of expensive chemicals, these savings are passed on to you.  And that's where the "correct" comes in...we believe this is the right way to do business.  We hope in this way you can use us regularly and keep your space clean for your loved ones.
